Rotary Club Paramaribo Central

The Rotary Club Paramaribo Central was founded on November 3, 1969 and sponsored by the oldest Rotary Club in District 7030 namely Rotary Club Paramaribo. The Club started with 20 members and has at the moment 67 members. The Rotary Club Paramaribo Central is also one of the first in this district that gave women the opportunity to become a Rotarian.

Club meeting: The Club meets every Tuesday in Hotel Krasnapolsky. Fellowship time is from 6:00pm - 7:30pm.. The Meeting itself starts at 6:30. Dinner meeting: every first Tuesday of the month.
 

Paul Harris Fellows: The Club has 26 Paul Harris fellows: 4 external and 22 internal.
 

District 7030:
This district consists of the following countries:
Antigua, Barbados, Dominica, French-Guyana, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, St.Kitts, St.Lucia, St.Vincent & the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad & Tobago.

Languages spoken in these districts are Dutch, French and English.
